We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Errors

Any errors made on behalf of statewide.com will be rectified free of charge. However errors that are within the submitted data by the client or have been approved will be modified at a cost to the client. It is the client”s responsibility to check all products to ensure it is correct before signing the authorization.

Colours/Finish

Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from actual versions. Due to the ingredient nature of all our products slight color variations may also occur between finishes. These should not be classified as a defect.

Prices

statewide.com reserves the right to alter prices without notification.

Refunds

No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of statewide.com until full payment is received. statewide.com may use your or our designs for advertising or as samples or offer for sale. Any trademark, design or copyright remains the sole property of statewide.com or our respective manufacturers or suppliers.

Stock

All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you will be notified if any materials are out of stock and expected time of availability. You may then choose to either wait for order, change or cancel any part of your order.

Damaged or defective item

If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact statewide.com as soon as possible, via email or phone/fax. We ask you to indicate the number of items damaged and any obvious reason for the damage or defect, also whether you would like a replacement item sent to you. We will pay the shipping cost for a replacement item. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy. However if statewide.com is at fault, your sole remedy in the event of such an occurrence will be that statewide.com will, at its option, replace any defective material that is returned intact or refund the money paid for the defective item upon returning intact. You may have other legal rights, but in no case shall statewide.com liability exceed the price for the defective item.

Inability to Supply

statewide.com does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness.

These policies are subject to Glendale Jurisdiction, California, US.
